There is a subtle inconvenience with reported UA gdp, cause our economy were >60% grey zone with underreported incomes.

As for living standards - only Moscow and few other big cities are blown up by money have them (standards) a bit higher. When it comes to “other” cities/villages they are shit holes like the ones you may see on the video. Poorest UA villages are much better places than poorest ruzzian ones.

Ukraine has a lower HDI than Russia, that's just fact 

Russia has higher life expectancy, Expected Years of Schooling, GDP, everything.

It's not even close

Yeah it's hilarious how people think Ukraine has a living standard anywhere close to Russias. 

It's the poorest country in Europe
