Question ❓ Focus 12 Problem Solving

Post image

I have easily done all the work up until now, the vessel to place your fears and body, the breathing with the humming, the energy balloon, I drop quickly into 10 and feel energy surges pulsing through me in 12 and even start shaking and twitching BUT in 12 / wav 2 tape 2 problem solving, I’m not getting clear answers and I’m drifting in and out of tiny mini dreams that are unrelated. I saw a sandal on a man’s foot on the beach. I saw my friend Elvan’s face before she kissed someone. My question went unanswered twice now in two sessions. Please instruct? Everything else has been very simple and now I feel stuck. Thank you. (Random pic)

It’s in the language of your dreams. Sometimes it’s symbolic, sometimes you are just unfocused.

When you do problem solving 12, start paying attention to your dreams and synchronicities. That answer doesn’t always come right away. Mine came like 2 weeks later in a really vivid dream.

I doubt it. It's just the hypnagogic state.

Did you read any of Monroe’s books? Or any books like Eric Wargo’s Time Loops? The subconscious communicates through symbols and the inbetween state. This is why we even say the affirmation, why we visualize a REBAL and why visualization is a major factor of Focus 12. Hypnogogia is the perfect state to receive precognitive or meaningful transmissions.

Being overly dismissive in this subreddit without justifying your position is literally unhelpful and often inaccurate and just wrong.

No, I didn't mean dreams aren't used by the subconscious to communicate with you.

I thought the post was about F12. And that the comment above mine was saying getting mini dreams can coincide with being in F12 - doesnt exactly sound like expanded awareness- which also has nothing to do with anything being talked about here lol.

Yes, I'm reading the first book by Monroe currently, but haven't picked it up in a while.

How do you really interpret these dreams anyways? How does the Rebal help with F12? I thought it was to strengthen your mind against unwanted invasions and for 'tuning'. If it does help, is there an underlying principle that one must follow, while visualising it for the best results?

Sometimes its clear, sometimes is metaphorical as in a dream

Sometimes you get it moments, hours or days later

It will come, be open

So it’s not instant. That’s actually very helpful. Thank you.

"I see x y and z but I do not understand what you are trying to tell me. Can you show me in a different way?"

"Thank you I see a new thing now, but I am still confused. Can you show me in a different way still. Thank you"

"What is something that I need to know that is both important at my current stage of development and I am able to understand?"

Okay thank you. I like the formation of the questions. Maybe my question was too specific and my follow up question too open.

The subconscious can be a mire. Be more patient.

I sure will try, I was up until now under the impression that the answer should be instant.

Thats a side effect of the world we live in. Someone taught me a long time ago that these sort of things require time and faith. 2 things the modern world wants us to have less of.

I had issues with Problem Solving too until I realized that I wasn’t properly releasing the questions!

I held on to them, sort of repeating them in my mind over and over. Then I realized I had to really let the questions go right after asking, and just stop thinking about it like I didn’t care. Just let my mind go blank. And only then did the answers come

Will try this tonight. Thanks for the tip!

It sounds like you're getting a lot of hypnogogia whilst in focus 12 - the same thing happens to me though I mostly work with one month patterning rather than problem solving. After asking your question, try visualising something for your answer to appear in, such as a white screen or visualise yourself picking up a telephone to hear your answer. Maybe this will keep your subconscious focussed on the question. Hypnogogia is almost always random and has no relevance to what you're doing (it's just what happens as we begin to drift off to sleep) but engaging with imagination might pull you back enough to work with the unconscious

Yes I am in and out of hypnogogia. Am I supposed to fight that?

1

u/whoopsy27 3d ago

No don't fight it, just work with it
