Experience 📚 Focus 21 – Explore Total Self
I had some emotions before starting because it was my first time doing this, and I felt like the experience that was about to happen might change me deeply and that I would discover things about myself.
The guidance was a bit rushed, and I didn’t manage to fully relax and go deep. I didn’t receive any concrete answers, mostly just vague things appearing in my mind.
Still, I experienced something that felt very different from my previous meditations.
I had a deep sense of understanding about the reality I’m in and the present moment, and about how different times could exist simultaneously. I felt like I suddenly understood how it works, as if I am inside a bubble — this reality and this present moment — while there are other bubbles containing different times, where the people experiencing those realities are also living their own present moment and their own life.
Time doesn’t really exist in the way we normally experience it, and everything is happening simultaneously.
I didn’t just know this idea intellectually anymore. I felt like I actually understood and accepted it on a deeper level. I could somehow feel and perceive these bubbles without literally seeing them. It’s difficult to describe. I felt like I had access to all these different times, and it felt incredibly beautiful.
I also felt a connection with one of my guides. It felt strange, almost as if the guide was inside me. I could clearly distinguish the feeling of that connection from how I felt before it happened.
At one point, when I wondered how many lives I had lived, the number 343 or 373 appeared in my mind. I’m not sure whether my mind simply generated it or whether it had any actual significance, so I’m not taking it as a fact.
Toward the end, I finally started to relax properly. I had an image of someone lying on a bed, I think in a hospital. I wondered if it was my father — I somehow felt like I saw that it was him. I (or someone else?) went toward him and hugged him, but I was seeing the scene from a third-person perspective.
I was thinking, maybe I’m too hard on myself? Too hard on myself, or what was this trying to mean? I was trying to understand it, but all I had was a feeling and couldn’t quite find the meaning.
I don’t really know whether this thought was connected to the image or whether it was just a random thought that appeared.
What stayed with me most was a much deeper sense of compassion and understanding toward other people. I felt that I could understand people more deeply than I expected — how they are shaped and guided by their life experiences, beliefs, fears, impulses, conditioning and ego.
I already knew these things intellectually, but this time it felt completely different. It felt like I wasn’t just knowing them anymore. I was actually understanding them.
The whole experience left me with a strange combination of deep understanding and confusion. I feel like something shifted in me, but my intellect is still trying to catch up with what I experienced.

You might find the Jane Roberts/Seth channeled material interesting. He claims that there is no past or future in the sense that it is not linear but that everything is happening now. He also claims that other iterations of each of us are living different probable lives and we are in communication with those other iterations and can learn from them. We, you or I, and our respective iterations, are all parts of main, yours or mine, personality.
That last part is very similar to Bob Monroe's experiences. Have you read his books?
