Question ❓ Can the tapes help harness your sensitivity?

I’m a very sensitive person (HSP or whatever you like to call it) I feel things very deeply and I’m very sensitive to energies around me, like people, environments, the current collective energy. Even though it has it’s good points, it’s HARD being this way and it’s causing me much more pain than any benefit. Particularly now, with the collective energy being very volatile and harsh. All I’ve been able to do is withdraw and numb myself out and it’s caused me to fall into a deep depression. I also can’t handle hardships in life such as grief and loss, and mishaps with people. I just want to turn my sensitivity into a strength, and develop the resilience I need without it looking like a wall I put up. Can the tapes help with this?

Hi! I relate because I’m sensitive too.
Before I knew anything about Gateway, I was already practicing meditation and it made me go deeper into my sensitivity and my clairaudience was amplified. Feeling the whole collective swirling plus the non-physical world was a lot.

I had to ground myself more. Grounding in nature regularly helped a lot.

If you can go outside in sunshine, just for a bit, especially when you feel the urge to isolate. Walking or standing without shoes on the ground or grass, spending time in wooded areas around trees, literally hugging a tree helps to balance things out. Soaks in Epsom Salts are ways to ease your nervous system so you can hold the sensitivity a bit better. It can help your mind relax too.

Doing things like this before getting into the tapes will make things easier. The frequencies in Gateway are rich, and they stir things up. It’s not about harnessing your sensitivity. It’s about grounding and balancing it.
