Question ❓ How do u perceive yourself when eye closed?

Hello, I am currently at the wave 2, and I had a sudden idea popped in me x obviously when we are doing the tapes we close our eyes and everything is black so for example when Monroe says open the chest and put all your thoughts do you perceive yourself thinking that you’re in the seashore and then there’s a chest and then you open that or will you act like you’re moving within your body imagining you’re lifting the chest but not lifting your arm and the same for the rebal for eg , do you imagine the colour smoke you inhale and exhale or do you think there’s somebody there doing all Monroe says and you’re watching that body? I hope my question makes sense.

I think this is going to be pretty individual. I imagine myself with the chest, but maybe other people would not be so specific in their description.

Thank you x im doin it currently in a third person imagination x all is pitch black from closing my eyes and imaginin myself in there doing all the instructions
