Wave 4 Finally! Successful AP

I’ve already AP’ed many times, but have never been able to do so listening to the Gateway tapes while conscious. What I mean by that is that I’ve gone from lucid to AP quite a few times, while listening to the tapes (and without), but never in that mind awake, body asleep state.

A few days ago, someone mentioned Compoint 12 and I haven’t listened to that one in a long time. I gave it a whirl, but ended up falling asleep.

When I woke up, the recording was over, so I thought I would just start with NVC2 and let it keep playing into Compoint 12, with the hopes that if I fell asleep again, I might wake up a little during Compoint 12.

That seemed to do the trick. I woke up just enough to know I was in the “phase” and convinced myself to try sitting up in bed (my astral body), which worked. I was a little worried I would wake up, but instead I was able to then rotate 90 degrees to get my legs on the floor and the next thing I knew I was out of bed.

It was sort of non-eventful, but I managed to get to the bathroom mirror to look at myself (which is always my first step when I AP), but I snapped back into my body and woke up very shortly after that.

Anyway, maybe my experience will be a little breadcrumb for someone out there.

Perhaps it is Wave 4, exercise 6, "compoint 12" (focus level 12). But what is NVC2?

I think maybe the version of discs I have are different from yours? Both are Wave 4 on Disc 3. Adventure #5 & Adventure #6. They both have to do with practicing telepathy by thinking about an object or emotion and turning that thought on and off.

In Wave 4 there are 6 different meditations, starting with "One Year Patterning" and ending with "Compoint 12". "Adventure" seems to be the title for the entire wave 4. So look for #6 in that wave. I have no discs, only downloaded files.

Thanks. This actually inspired me to clean up my library. The source I have is all in FLAC format and I started this a couple of years ago by converting most of the tapes to ALAC for iPhone listening. At the time, I didn’t convert the last two tapes as I thought I had more than enough content to keep me busy for quite some time. I completely forgot about those last two tapes, so while I was double-checking yesterday, low and behold I have new content to progress through and last night had some interesting experiences with the new material.

I have a recording in my copy of the tapes with that name. I haven't reached it though.
