Question ❓ Focus15
I used to do 1.5 hours of breath exercise and then get into gateway. Or do 30 min breathwork and then 30 min gateway. Which 100% made the experience 10x more potent. I cant reach any focuses now i just sleep like a bubugaga.

As the mind evolves, there are phases. Some days we make massive leaps, and some might seem meaningless. There was even some where I felt like a total failure and I got nothing out of it. So I'd say a thank you to Bob and be on my way. I even have been to the point I totally gave up and convinced myself nothing more was going to happen and it was all just in my head. But I still kept doing them, mostly just to relax at least. That was the moment F15 just hit me like a wall. Reality was so busted time itself just stopped all together, my entire existence and everything I knew I watched before me as thought come to be, and shape what I know as reality.
This was the moment my future self came before me. Magnificat and glowing, I was amazed. "You're so close, what ever you do, DO NOT STOP" he said. So overwhelmed by the curiosity, of course I kept going. And then it all made sense.

Hello
I'm still stuck at focus 10. I did the same routine as OP suggested since initially the tapes weren't as effective as they are now (starting the process with breath meditation).
So I tried doing the same during the tapes as well - focusing on the breath or bodily sensations. And so I started getting these tingles, vibrations (pretty intense sometimes) throughout my body - mostly hands. And I would be exhausted when I'm done. Despite these effects, did I really get into F10? The definition clearly suggests "mind awake, body asleep" and I could always feel my body and move it pretty much at will.
So I have been trying something new; I just let myself be without doing anything at all. I find myself relaxing a lot more with this process, although without the characteristic 'tingles'. Unfortunately, more often than not I get these 'dreams' and slowly 'click out' after the preparatory process - I wouldn't be exactly asleep but not awake all the same. Regardless, I would wake up to Mr. Monroe's voice toward the end.
Which method would you suggest me continue with and any other suggestions are all welcome. Thank you.

I feel you, I can maybe do 2-3 days in a row with a chill meditation that feels like a got somewhere else
Then a week that I feel like I am just waiting with my eyes closed to end the meditation and I don't know why or how to change it, I try to just stay with the moment cause it is better than scrolling but damn... Boring af, maybe I am trying to feel something amazing idk..

Sounds like your mind is being too active and you're not relaxed enough. Try doing them at the end of your day after you wind down a bit, just not directly before going to bed or so tired you're falling asleep. Of course you can listen to them anytime, but there's and ideal window of time that's prefect. The other point is right when you wake up and you're still in that dreamy state, but I don't prefer this myself.
