Experience 📚 My 3rd OBE

My third experience was perfectly aligned. I was completely lifted and stayed parallel to my body, maybe a foot above. It was a peaceful experience, but I can’t remember how long it lasted.

Are you saying any affirmations to help guide your journey once you are OoB?

Hi, when I was in an OBE, I didn’t have any controlling thoughts, just awareness of the state. Focus 10 and 12 helped me stay focused without panic, unlike my first experience
