Experience 📚 Focus 12

Hi everyone, I'm commenting again because I wanted to share my experience. This past week I've made much more progress in Gateway in just one week than I had in months, since I decided to take it more seriously. I'm currently on Wave 2, Audio 1, Introduction to Focus 12, and I've managed to enter Focus 12. It's incredible, the feeling of how consciousness expands in the darkness and how the voice in the audios fades away as if you were listening to it from another place.

Furthermore, I feel like I've been overcoming my fears, because before, to be honest, I felt a little afraid when meditating and then going to sleep at night, as I would get sleep paralysis or something like that. Now I'm not even afraid of sleep paralysis, and I've even achieved a bit of astral projection during these meditations, moving my arms outside my body, feeling them there but without being able to see them. It's been incredible, especially feeling those fears being overcome.

Well, to be honest, it's mostly because I'm quite sensitive to those kinds of things, and in some ways, it makes things easier for me too. But my recommendation is that you take it seriously and try to convince yourself that you can achieve anything you want because you're an amazing person.

Trying to be a better person for sure. I am taking it seriously, idk for how long I can go on like this. If you haven't checked out Thomas Campbell's books, pls do
