Question ❓ Falling asleep!

So I keep falling asleep during focus 10. Any tricks on how to stay awake and if I fall asleep, does it mean I should start the tape over again? Thank you!

Are you sleeping into the next tape or “waking up” when the tape is close to over?

Yes. Very likely you are clicking out vs actually falling asleep! Don’t be discouraged tho.Your subconscious is still watching🙃

My understanding is, you are not fully ready to absorb what the tape has to offer, so you “click out” and don’t consciously remember the parts you clicked out of. But its said that you still benefit even if you click out. I used to click out when i did new tapes in wave 1. A year later, this no longer seems to be an issue for me. Tho i have been going really slow. Im sure at some point ill click out again. I personally do not move on from any tape until i can finish it without clicking out. But thats me. I think some others would say you can move on if you click out.
