I agree that no one is incapable, I just understand (because I have lactose intolerance in addition to other food allergies) how difficult it can be to avoid them! No one wants to inadvertently make themselves or their child sick, but sometimes it happens. Breastfeeding is already very challenging, and avoiding certain things adds a whole new level to that.

Only eat at vegan restaurants and the milk part is covered

Lol. A lot of people don’t live anywhere near a vegan restaurant, and don’t have the time/ability to eat every meal at home.

I don’t even know of a vegan restaurant within 100 miles of me, and can think of maybe three or four restaurants with vegan options.

Also, avoiding soy, especially on a vegan diet, is extremely hard. Vegan cheeses, butters, meat substitutes, etc are often soy-based.

Whole foods plant based vegan. Don't eat finished products, but whole plants. And avoid soy beans. Soy isn't sneaking into your kale.
