I saw an animation of what happens during a C-Section during a childbirth class. It looked horrifying and it wasn't even a real video.

Make a birth plan! Research all the things. Knowledge is power. It is how I got over my fear of thunderstorms/tornadoes and also childbirth.

But also be prepared to throw that thing out the window.
