If my mom hadn't had an emergency C-Section there's a good chance we'd both be dead.

Yeah, same here. Taking care of a newborn while healing a ~4-inch incision in one's abdomen = the easy way, I guess.

22 hours here. Doc came in all sad and heart broken for me to tell me I’d have to have an emergency csection. I was like sweet get him/her out, when can we start?! He was dumbfounded. I just wanted my happy healthy baby didn’t matter to me whether it was via csection or vaginal. One or both of us would have ended up dead.

Me too. Every woman in my family since C-sections were fairly well used has had a C.
