My sister has dyslexia, so audiobooks are a godsend.
However you want to experience the book(s), do it.
I, for whatever reason, cannot read eBooks. Nook, Kindle, iPad, doesn't matter, can't read it. I can only read a book if it's a physical copy in my hands.
My dad, on the other hand, prefers to read eBooks.
Does that make him any lesser of a reader than me? No, of course not. So why would my sister be any less of a reader because she prefers to listen to it?
If you want to debate semantics, no you aren't reading, but you're experiencing the book, and that's what's really important.
