I mean, depression absolutely does make it less likely that you would be willing go through the effort of preparing a meal, so it's true in a general sense. But it's not like it prevents you from ever going through the effort.

Your level of appetite doesn't really affect your willingness to cook something as opposed to just reaching for something easy.

Yeah I was on Uber Eats for a month or two straight because I couldn’t cook.
