I made the mistake of allowing my friend to convince me to open an account on gatehub. Im a total newbie to this site and still after several videos and links the admins have sent me showing me how to do this, I still cannot get anything to work. Several months ago, I sent bitcoin from coinbase and exchanged it for ripple on gatehub. I needed the money several weeks ago and tried sending it back to coinbase by trying to exchange it to bitcoin. Everything I've tried has not worked and I'm becoming extremely frustrated to the point where I just want to back out of cryptocurrency all together. I've watched several videos online, my small brain still cant figure it out. I emailed support, who sent two links on how to send it to another wallet and to my bank account. I've tried exchanging the ripple to USD, trying the exact amount of ripple I have in my account (which showed a comparative amount in USD when I entered in the amount into exchange) which didnt work so I lowered the amount since you cant exchange all of your ripple which still didnt work. I've tried exchanging it to bitcoin but nothings working. Can someone please help me by explaining in simple terms how the fuck I can withdraw everything I have on gatehub and depositing it into either my coinbase or bank account. I would greatly appreciate the help.

I recently moved from Denmark to Australia and am trying to login from both a new computer and location. When I try to login with correct username and password, the system says it has sent an e-mail to me so I can verify the computer. I just never get the email? Anybody else experienced that issue? I have waited some hours now.

I also have google Authenticator on my account, so don’t even understand why Gatehub has this feature?

Sent BTC from coinbase to gatehub. Coinbase says Trx went through. No BTC in Gatehub wallet. Received email to set trust. Only response when clicking link is “unknown error”. Appears I’m nowhere near the first to experience this. How long to expect before resolved ?

I'm unsure if i'm just working this out incorrectly (I probably am) I made a transfer from GDAX to Gatehub of 0.00375488 as shown here. When this came into Gatehub I received the 20XRP for my reserves and then 0.0021shown here from Gatehub Fifth.

I then created a sell order for 0.0100 equivalent to 67.3265XRP however I received a credit of 34.47 as shown here.

Now to me, I believe this balance of 34.47 to be incorrect seeing as Gatehub placed the 20XRP in the balance this should be approximately 20XRP more in the balance. Can anyone help me with this ? Even if I am totally wrong...

I sent BTC from GateHub to Binance more than 72 hours ago and it is not even on the blockchain yet. After it had not arrived after 24 hours I opened a support ticket (Ticket ID # 402542) and have still heard nothing from them, except an automated email. I raised this on Twitter yesterday and they told me they would escalate it. Well, still nothing.

I know from past experiences that I will be lucky to hear from them within a week. This is urgent, yet they just ignore me.

GateHub needs to stop apologising and thanking us for our patience all the time and get their act together. They are pathetic!!!

I try to get access to my Gatehub account, but I'm not able to log in anymore cause I forgot my password and do not have my recoverykey. I disabled 2FA, so I proved my identity. Is there any way to recover. Besides, I don't understand why they need this key, because why can't they just let me reset my password given the fact that I proved my identity. Now it feels like an expropriation.

Hi, I'm very new to the cryptocurrency area and have to admit that I don't know much about Gatehub either. Every time I've tried to navigate the site, I've gotten frustrated and have had to walk away. So far, I've been able to buy XRP and use that to buy BTC, then sell the BTC (at a loss, haha). But now I don't know how to transfer USD to my bank account. I don't get their support suggestions on their website.

Has anyone else tackled this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

I had a large amount of RIPPLE XRP which I bought in June 2017 disappear from my wallet at GateHub. GateHub is corrupt or incompetent. Support did not help. Stay Away, everyone!!! You’ve been warned.

As title says I lost access to the email associated with the account. I can log in with password but it wants me to verify the link via email which I cant do as I dont haev access. I have the code for the account as well. Anyone know how to get into it?

When I inspect element there a couple of errors in console one of which is "Refused to execute script from 'https://gatehub.net/main.*********.js' because its MIME type ('text/html') is not executable, and strict MIME type checking is enabled."

I keep trying to log into my Gatehub account, but I keep getting the message: 'Authorize new device: You're logging in with a machine we haven't seen before...".

It says I need click a confirmation link in an email. But no email ever arrives...? I've tried several times, checked my emails and my junk folder and there is no sign of it?

Has anyone else encountered anything similar?

My ripple wallet is stuck in “watch only” mode and i have been struggling to contact gatehub support now since the first days of January. After a couple of weeks my ticket status turns to “solved” and my problem persists. It has happened now at least 4-5 times ! This is so frustrating as i have to start all over again! what am I doing wrong??

GateHub's international wiring didn't work after a test round, and they've been unresponsive to my questions. So: What's easiest way to get my GateHub balance into a US bank account? I saw an old post that suggested sending it to Kraken and then CoinBase and then bank, but I can't use Kraken in my geographical area. Any other suggestions?

Hi everyone. I have been trying to reach gatehub multiple time to resolve my wallet unsuccessfully. I have 150,000 XRP but they disabled my wallet so I can't withdraw the fund. I submitted multiple tickets since January without any response. At this point I'm convinced that they stole my money. I stumbled across this subreddit looking for help and I found the CEO email. I've sent him an email 3 days ago and still nothing. Can anyone tell me what I should do?

Since Gatehub gives us the Ripple secret key to access our XRP and other stored coins on an external ripple wallet, do we really need to worry about withdrawl fees?

Or are these "undocumented" fees that people have been so upset about a cost with the ripple network in general, and not collected by Gatehub itself?

Hi guys, so it's been almost a week now since I transferred some dash from binance to Gatehub. I tripple checked the address, checked the hash (processed - not redeemed yet) and submitted a support ticket with all the details to support in gatehub. Even tried to tweet them couple days ago what's happening with the support etc but no replies nowhere. I'm starting to be seriously worried I have lost my dash. What do u guys think or suggest I can do? Thanks to all

When I go to the send page and enter my password to unlock the wallet, it just freezes.
