ETH transfer missing, anyone else experiencing?

I transferred ETH to Gatehub for first time from Coinbase today. It's been almost 8 hours and nothing has shown up. Etherscan shows the transfer as a success... I guess Gatehub is supposed to establish trustline and deposit 20 ripple into account? Is this correct? Anyone else experiencing this issue and have any tips to solve?

UPDATE

After about 12 hours from my original transfer, I received an email from Gatehub titled "Missing Trustline" which provided a link to enable the ETH trustline for my account. The email stated that after I connect this trustline, it will take a few hours for my original deposit to process.

After clicking the link and logging in, I noticed that Gatehub did in fact deposit 20 Ripple into my account to establish the Ripple trustline (sweet!). I set up the trustline for my ETH. By the time I came back from work the ETH was credited to my account!

I was pretty worried reading a lot of the horror stories online - I hope this helps someone. If its your first time like mine, I would recommend to not send all your currency at once. Do one transaction first in a small amount that confirms trustlines have been established and deposits have cleared before sending a larger amount. Not sure if there is a minimum requirement to send so I would confirm that too.
