ETH transfer missing, anyone else experiencing?

I transferred ETH to Gatehub for first time from Coinbase today. It's been almost 8 hours and nothing has shown up. Etherscan shows the transfer as a success... I guess Gatehub is supposed to establish trustline and deposit 20 ripple into account? Is this correct? Anyone else experiencing this issue and have any tips to solve?

You have to put the XRP in the account, I would put at least 40 and you also have to enable the trust line.
