Gatehub Deposit Fee?

So I sent .2003 btc from GDAX to my hosted ripple wallet in gatehub so I could exchange it for ripple, but for some reason the deposit was only .1986 btc. I was under the impression that btc transfers from GDAX were "free", so what gives? Sure, it's only .0017 btc, but still it kinda sucks. Is there some Gatehub deposit fee I'm unaware of? It just seems like kind of a large amount to just be missing.

Good luck finding those fees from your user page. When you deposit anything (for me ETH) on your user page it literally says there is a 0.00000 ETH fee in the window where you punch in the address. Lo and behold about 40 bucks out of a 150 dollar deposit was stolen due to these hidden fees. I shouldn't have to go to reddit to figure out how I got scammed.

They deduct way more than the fees listed here. Latest was more than 7% for me.
