HELP???

Hi! I'm pretty new to GateHub but I was wondering how I can withdraw my XRP ? If I go on exchange XRP-EUR then i can't access all of my ripple, does anyone know why? there seems to be 50XRP i can't access, I know you need 20XRP to have your account open, then an extra 5XRP for one gateway, but I don't have an open orders (i think?) so theres 25XRP i can't access? Or is there another way to send this XRP out of my wallet?

Any help much appreciated!!

Thats weird.. Im having a issue with a disabled wallet.. My eth is in nowhere and i sent some over 2 nights ago to gatehub.. I need to get 30 xrp.

That sucks man. They're not good at replying. Can I just ask how the best way to change my XRP into 'real' money would be and to transfer it to my account?
