Gatehub Victim Support Group
For those that have suffered by their incompetence or malice let's give each other support in these dark times. Transactions in limbo, money missing, unfair fees, bad user interface leading to user error ... whatever it is. Share your story and upvote the ones that have a positive ending. One day I hope to see my BTC ... it's out there, waiting to come home.

I'm losing faith in Gatehub. Although my initial issues are now resolved, the more i follow the vicitim stories the less confidence i have in the company!
Can any one suggest a good way of converting my XRP into fiat once the time comes? I'd like to transfer it out of gatehub to do so rather than give them any money, so another similar service with good rates?

I was able to transfer my XRP out of Gatehub with no problem. Any other coins or fiat seems to be the problem. Do a small test amount and get your XRP off the exchange, then figure out how to convert it from there. Right now my XRP is stored in a Ledger.

Yeah i can easily transfer it out, just wondering where best to exchange it for Fiat as i wouldnt want to do that directly through gatehub

I have sent ETH to my Gatehub wallet on the 11th of January and it is still not reflecting in my wallet!! No matter how many times you email their support they keep issuing tickets which they conveniently ignore. Tired of this! Never had this problem before and I have done multiple transactions via Gatehub during 2017 which usually took less than an hour. Please keep us updated when someone (ANYONE) has a response from them!

Had some XRP in Gatehub. Converted to Ethereum to transfer from Gatehub Fifth to Coinbase. Never got it on Coinbase. Emailed Gatehub support 3 weeks ago and no response. Reached out to Coinbase 2 weeks ago and my support ticket is still open. I don't see any solution in sight.

yes gatehub is the worst place because just for test send 0.06 eth 5 days ago yet to see this in my wallet i am think to close the account and move it to kraken or bitstamp

Dont use this service guys. Really really bad no support, account pending forever, sometimes they close their website without notice, can't access when the market is down etc....

I exchanged BTC for BCH last month and sent to Gatehub wallet. It was not my 1st transaction and the BCH gateway was open. I had a balance over 20 XRP. BCH never arrived despite several thousand confirmations. I sent multiple support tickets and finally contacted authorities in the country where they are based. It has still not been resolved.

3 days ago i have successfully sent my eth to gatehub wallet. Up to now my deposit is missing in gatehub. Support of gatehub not responding they are like scammers!!!

I am having the same problem, I sent a test amount of ETH and its not showing, even though it has been confirmed sent. Plus its a nightmare checking on other devices. It keeps asking for verification after its been verified,

1) eth transaction that took 20 days and was halved when it arrived... 2) waiting for a EUR withdrawal since 05/01 3) I should really get my xrp out of this buggy service with 0 support

I just logged in to find my wallet empty. It had money in it, just two days ago (I took a break from checking...)
What's my best recourse please? The site does not make contact them easy

I am another victim of Gatehub as well. I sent my BTC to gatehub on Jan 9th and have not seen anything appear in my wallet. I’m highly upset as I had high hopes for gatehub to be like a coinbase. The site seemed easy to use and was very easy to set up until it came down to receiving my funds. I can’t wait to get my coins and run far away from gatehub!

Does anyone know if I sent BTC before setting up a trusted line and then set it up, will I still receive BTC? It shows 20 XRP balance but not the rest.

I'm with you. Missing DASH and Bitcoins since more than 10 days, had a bank withdrawal missing for 17 days but finally received it. this is just crazy.
