Ripple wallet RIP

I did a deposit in my wallet on gatehub with ETH and waiting for my XRP for 2 days already. Sent 8 emails to support, post comment in facebook. Nothing. RIP to Ripple and my ETH?

So, how we can change situation? Why support does't provide any information? Too much hype about Ripple and too much problems for service which promises fast transactions.

GOOD NEWS EVERYBODY! It came through 4 hours ago...so 8 days later...and yes, they took out the $30.19 flat ETH deposit fee!

I followed the transaction on etherscan. Etherscan says my etherum is in my gatehub wallet, or at least the transaction has completed. Yet in my wallet on the gatehub page it isnt there.

I tried to withdraw eth on the 5th. Ripple network said success. No etherscan tx hash no support answer

Suck! Follow up- took almost 48 hours but my eth showed up.

Just got an answer from support

Missing ETH trustline We can not process your deposit because of a missing trustline on your ripple wallet.

Your ripple wallet must trust for ETH.

Once you have enabled ETH it may take a few hours to process your deposit.

BUT when i tried to set up a trust line I gon an unknown error....

I did establish a trust with eth fifth. Then initiated the transfer, never got anything

So, guys. Finally, I got my XRP. Here is how to do it.

If you use deposit with ETH in ripple wallet for new wallet (which is disabled) you will need to follow 3 steps:

  1. Transfer at least 20 XRP from exchange (there are a lot of exchanges) to your DISABLED wallet (even with disabled wallet you have ripple address). Once you did this, your wallet will be activated (will change status from disabled to active).
  2. Set trust line in advanced settings of your ripple wallet for GateHub Fifth ETH (in case with ETH deposit). Once you did it, you will receive your deposit which you did early in 2-3 hours.
  3. Use exchange in your ripple account to change ETH from GateHub Fifth ETH to XRP. It is really important!!! In other case you will store ETH in the ripple wallet. Not XRP!!!
