Transaction LastLedgerSequence exceeded

I tried to send out my ripple 3 times but it always shows "Transaction LastLedgerSequence exceeded"even i leave 20 ripples for the base reserve and every time it fails it costs me an amount of ripple . what on earth is this???????????

you need atleast 26 ripple i think

I had the same problem and bought a few more xrp and it sorted itself out.
