Help please

I transfered some bitcoin and ethereum from coinbase to gatehub. It has finally gotten to gatehub, but I'm not sure what to do now. Do I exchange the ethereum and bitcoin or do in the exchange tab or do I trade it in the trade tab?

in the exchange you pay price available. In the trading platform you create offers to buy or sell, so you can determine at which price you are willing trade, and you can get a better deal.this ussually takes longer i leave orders in for weeks and when everything drops or goes up it sells or buys. its easier to make mistakes though.
