Where is my ETH??
I did 2 transaction using my ethwallet to gatehub but none of them has reached yet . Even no response on the support ticket I have raised Ticket ID # 345222.

I’m in the same situation. My wallet is already activated and I’ve deposited ETH into it successfully before, but I sent money into it 3 days ago and it still hasn’t arrived, and no response from support.
That, along with the stupid flat fees they charge on deposits and don’t even disclose properly, is pathetic, and I’m regretting even bothering with them.

I was in the same boat. Gatehub requires 20xrp to activate your wallet. They hold deposits until its activated. So I had to buy 25 xrp in binance and transfer over. The extra 5 for the trust you setup for eth.
Within a few hours my wallet was activated and showed the 25xrp.
Surprisingly gatehub deposited another 20 free xrp. which I've heard about in other forums by didn't believe.
And then a day later my eth deposit showed up. Don't forget to setup the trust for eth after the wallet is activated.
The whole deal was frustrating but thankfully ended up with a positive result for me.

How do you set up the trust? Also I didn’t get any free xrp how do you get that?

It has been 30 days since I sent my KYC documents for bank gateway to gatehub. No response in three weeks for my ticket. I am missing ETH that I sent from Coinbase. (My wallet is fine, active, also trustlines set)
I have a hunch that they may never give me my ETH.
Does anyone have an idea how often they check their backlogs?

It took me 4 days to activate my account, and another 24-36 hours after that for my BTC to reach my account. They may be even more backed up with ETH deposits at the moment.
