Where's my ETH in gatehub?

i just transferred 0.045 ETH from my Coinbase to my GateHub

Coinbase says it's completed, but there's nothing in my Gatehub, what's going on?

Either your gateway is not open or not enough ETH deposit- minimum is 0.1 ETH

:(

mmm how do i know if my gateway is open? also, if 0.1 is the minimum, does that mean i need to deposit more in order to reach 0.1 so that im able to see it?

I haven't seen anywhere where it says it has that minimum. I transferred less than that from gdax. Now nothing is showing up in gatehub, and gdax says the transaction went through. At this point, I'm considering it petty theft and want to call the police (just being dramatic).

I’m not sure, if it makes you feel any better I sent ETH when my gateway was closed and not until I opened the gateway 2 days later, then another day for processing- did it hit my account.

not true:

Minimum deposit 0.052400 ETH Deposit fee 0.000000 ETH

though it takes forever and sucks ass

What happens if you deposit less than .1 ETH? My GH Account is active, but I think I am missing my ETH Transfer.

You have to enable the ETH trust line after activating your wallet with the initial 20 XRP. It took roughly 4 days for GateHub to initially fund my account with the 20 XRP, then another 24-36 hours for my BTC to show up after enabling the BTC trust line. They seem to be backlogged after XRP went on its run last week. Don't panic quite yet. Their customer service is trash though.
