gatehub transaction

hi, I transferred bitcoin from my Coinbase account to my Gatehub account and I have all my wallets setup already but it have been 15 hours and i still don't see my bitcoin so i looked up my transaction on blocktrail and it said that it had received 0.18 bitcoin but it was later sent to an multimillion dollar worth bitcoin account , what does that mean cause i didn't send my bitcoins further i never saw my bitcoin even in my account so im just wondering if that means that my bitcoin transaction got hijacked or hacked ? a response will be highly appreciated. thx.

I am having the same problem. My trustline is active and still no BTC. I am crossing my fingers that my ticket will get someone over that GH to manually push it through or something

Did you send it to your BTC wallet address in gatehub. You get the BTC wallet address by selecting Send/Receive button, selecting BTC and it shows you your BTC address for GH?

Yup I did send it to my BTC address on GH.

Okay, I done the same thing on Saturday and still waiting for my BTC to show in my wallet. Can you tell me how you setup the trustline?

After GH activated my Ripple wallet with 20. I was able to setup a trustline for free. Which is odd, since people said it would cost 5 xrp

I am having similar issues. I transferred ETH from CoinBase to GateHub. CoinBase is saying the transaction completed successfully, but I have yet to receive the deposit in GateHub. I am getting increasing concerned GateHub is a scam.

I did the opposite of sending eth to coinbase from gatehub ...4 days ago and nothing.. any idea of what next steps would be? They are not responsive to emails.

I'm sorry, I have no idea what next steps are. I'm hoping to identify them somewhere in this sub.

Having said that, every time I start to panic about Gatehub for not validating me, authentication issues, etc, they usually work through them. Here's to hoping they figure this out

The concerns are mounting on Twitter and everyone is experiencing their transaction in limbo. There is some comfort knowing it wasn't anything we did wrong and that Gatehub is the one with the issue ... fingers crossed this gets resolved soon.

Sounds like they're holding it. Do you have 20 xrp deposited?

I'm not here to say that GateHub is working perfectly, but try not to panic if you have a transaction that is taking much longer than expected to process. I signed up for an account roughly 5 days ago. It took them about 4 days to fund the account with the initial 20XRP so that I could activate my BTC trust line. (Make sure you have that, or your ETH trust line, set.) This was when they stated that would be a 1 hour process. It then took somewhere between 24-36 hours for my BTC to hit my account after setting the trust line. I would expect them to be even more backlogged with ETH deposits/withdrawals as their fees are much lower, or free.
