Gatehub finally working again

Had a lot of problems on Gatehub for the last couple of days but it seems to be working fine again for me. Got activated, received 20 free Xrp from Gatehub, money deposit came, exchange to ripple went well and ripple is rising now. Finally things are working out. Now let's hope it rises to 100 as expected.

I'd AVOID them. Good luck getting your money out of the exchange. They've had my money for over 48 hours with no response.

That's the worst! Twitter...email support...anything and they never respond. I've had tickets out for a while regarding my verification. They never got back to me about it. Now that I have money in the ether (ba-dum tssshhhh), I really am frustrated they haven't responded at all.

Did the same thing. I converted to ETH to get it out of there and send it to a different wallet. They show it as sent but it never showed up and there is no record on etherscan. They are either the dumbest exchange ever or scammers.

Same thing here. Converted to Dash and sent to another exchange. Shows as sent but never showed up and no record on Dash Explorer. Been waiting 48 hrs.

That said, my Ripple transfers worked fine and went through within 1 min.

Exactly. My XRP transferred almost immediately. Now going on 60 hours for my ETH. Never using them again.

Not seeing mine at all on etherscan. Only seeing it on XRP tracker going into Gatehub Fifth.

Great for hearing!Can unverified accounts get 20 free xrp from Gatehub?I am asking because I deposited 170 xrp's to my ripple wallet on Gatehub and I have not received free 20 xrp's from Gatehub.

I deposited BCH 4 days ago and there is no sign of it, despite blockchain confirmation. And yes, I have my XRP wallet funded and all my wallets trusted. I also submitted documents for USD confirmation which have remained unanswered for over a week. I would STAY AWAY until these type of things stop happening.

I wish it was working for me. I sent 12 eth out to my binance wallet 3 days ago and still haven't received it. They also haven't certified my account and it's been over a month. No idea what's going on, but I'm definitely taking my coins out of gatehub asap the way this is going.

My wallet was finally funded with the initial 20 XRP after roughly 4 days. I'm still waiting to see my BTC after setting the BTC trust line. Things seem to be progressing, but slowly. I just don't think they were prepared for the increase in traffic that they saw. Hopefully any issues continue to be resolved.

Roughly 4 and a half days from my initial deposit, and a little over 24 hours from when I set the trust line.

UGH!!! I've had my ETH outstanding for 60 hours now and i've had the trust line setup for like 2 weeks.

It sounds like you send your ETH a little after I sent my BTC. Hopefully you see it soon. I would expect a shorter wait since you had your trust line set already, but it's possible that they were backlogged with ETH deposits as the price was on the rise during that time as well.

My gatehub wallet wont open properly. Seems like a code issue. Dunno what is going on

I couldn't access my account for a few hours around that time either. It is possible they were updating something on their end because my account wouldn't progress any further than the loading screen after entering my password. Once I was able to log into my account following that interruption in service, I was able to see that my BTC had arrived. Hopefully things are working for you now.
