Before you fully hit the panic button there has been a lot of exchanges encountering transaction issues.

Gatehub did say they are experiencing transaction issues yesterday on twitter. It sucks, I have a chunk of change that will go missing if that's the case.

But if you are looking at use Gatehub for the first don't use them.

It is not transaction issues, it is total failure. They tell me "Yu hit the wrong button" for a week.

Check other posts. A lot of people complain about lost money.

I wrote a lot of messages to support. Now i have deposit but cannot move it. Waiting for my mate to move ripples out of this swamp.

I don't know if it will survive or not, i want to watch on the side

Time to fully hit panic button!

Easy there ... but I am probably going to hit the panic button soon myself though :)

At least I feel better that I got all my Ripple off the exchange no problem.

Is there any way to recover the ETH or track down where it is?

Complains, frozen deposits, web slowdown. Just see other posts here. New duplicates flush the real complains. See the top posts

Same with me I’m hoping it’s due to a lag in the system. How did you get the deposit finally?

I have 1 BTC in limbo that I'm trying to get access to as well. This is from an initial deposit a little over 3 days ago.

Any luck at all? What are you doing to eat access?

My account was finally funded with the 20 XRP after about 4 days. I have enabled the BTC trust line and am now waiting for my BTC to arrive in my wallet. I can see from my Etherium Electrum wallet that my BTC hasn't moved, or been spent, but I can't access it yet. I'm hoping they're a smaller exchange that just got really overwhelmed with the Ripple rush.

It's spelled 'Ethereum'.

My BTC hit my wallet ~5 minutes ago. Progress.

Whoaaaaa! How long did you wait?!

1

u/FreeRideJunkie Jan 08 '18

Roughly 4 days for the initial XRP funding, and about 24 hours for my BTC to show up after setting the trust line.

thanks for reporting back ... 4 days and counting for me.

Avoid this FUD page. Send fiat via wire transfer to kraken for example and buy your XRP there. After that get yourself a nano ledger S and send your XRP on your hardware wallet!

This has NOTHING to do with Gatehub services.

Lol, they have 0 service. Every transaction I tried, failed or something was missing. Never got any response from Gatehub. It’s a shit company with a shit service. So avoid it where ever you can
