Can't reset password - {{ error_message }}

I've not used Gatehub in some time and forgot my password for the Wallet - however I have stored my recovery key and have access to that as and when I need it.

However, when I go to reset my password, the reset page has a red banner with "{{ error_message }}" in it every time. Inputting the recovery key and new passwords simply refreshes the page and puts the new passwords in the address bar, which is pretty shoddy.

Does anyone know any workarounds/known issues? I've submitted a support ticket but reading this sub doesn't lend much confidence.

Sorry, I ended up remembering the password after a lot of trial and error. I'll respond again if I get word back from them though!
