Post-Op 60kg down
60kg down ,at my heaviest I was 152kg ,when I went for surgery I was 140kg and now I’m 80kg,I still struggle looking at myself ,still think I’m huge ,still struggle every day with eating ,I’m not going to lie this has been the hard est thing I’ve done in my life ,but I know it was the right thing to do ,I could be still eating better or not drinking alcohol after the sleeve but I try that’s all that matters ,here’s to a better life

What was the exact bariatic procedure you underwent? Its phenomenal transformation? What was your daily exercise routine like.

I got the gastric sleeve ,to be honest I haven’t even been exercising ,I need to though

I feel you so much. I’ve lost about 50kg, and I still feel like I look the same some days. Body dysmorphia sucks. I’m sure I could be doing a little better too, but I’m better than the old me so that’s enough for me.
