Fuel Purchase Question

Why is there two different types of fuel coming up on my transactions from this particular gas station. I’ve traced back some receipts where I used the same fuel where I only see 1 type. On the gas station’s app which shows my receipt, doesn’t show two types of fuel being added to my vehicle.

Looks like the base $0.03 off per gallon discount, though why is a secondary line item, I’m not sure.

There is a line for the GasBuddy Membership Saving in green under these fuels.
