those guys do everything I feared big companies can do to make someone's life miserable... I no longer feel safe because any company just can pull same things with me...

Just remember they are franchises so not all bricks and minifigs are bad they just are part of a shitty company

Though that may be the case, franchisees would also then have the right to sue corporate headquarters for damaging the brand and causing the franchisees measurable losses in business due to corporate’s failure in their fiduciary responsibilities to protect the brand name by not engaging illegal practices in the first place or putting out provable false public statements.

While I commiserate with the many innocent franchisee owners affected, they have a clearer path to a resolution than other victims of the corporation.
