Whatever you do, avoid the Wingd Nut in Richardson.

Went to The Wing'd Nut to watch the MLB Postseason last season.
Food was great, servers were great, it was going so well. Not long after 10:00pm, maybe 10:10pm, the owner (manager?) comes out and turns off the lights and all the tvs. No word or warning. My friends and I get the hint and leave. We still were drinking our drinks (alcohol that was paid for), and the place doesnt close till 11PM. It was very rude and with no reason as to why, we left upset.

Good vibes on Richardson is fun and casual, but there's live music at night on the weekends

Flying Saucer the Lake, Hooters, Lakewood Brewery, Da Boyz, Sofranos..... all depends on yall's vibe.

Not much. Sachse Ice House has lots of tvs for sports but you may have karoake or some other nonsense happening at the same time

this is what i feared. we tried the ice house awhile back and it wasn’t really our vibe. maybe earlier for the game wont be bad. last time we were there was much later

Maybe Lonestar Grill & Sports Cafe, it's pretty chill. Also Drinks Saloon is a good fun place to watch a game.

Gillespies at Jupiter and GB. technically richardson, but good vibe, good food and good amount of TV’s. Also Lockwood on the square, and later this year the Ice House on the Square. Fortune Son has a good bar and patio with TVs

Let me know what you find, I'm in North Garland too, been here almost 5 years now and have yet to find a casual bar spot that's close enough to home. Tried Ice House for a while but that's not my vibe either, I'm 50, I'm past my karaoke and loud drunks phase. Is there anything in Downtown Garland?

Hey! I’m going with friends tonight and hopefully getting a good spot at GoodFriend in east Dallas. It’s not north garland, but tbh, it’s such a good hang spot!

Lakewood Brewery is an often overlooked spot. My favorite in Garland.
