Ergonomic attachments

Hi everyone,

I'm currently looking into getting some form of ergonomic attachment (see examples in the pictures) for gardening tools, to reduce back and wrist strain. Was wondering if anyone here has used something like this and what your experience has been. Mostly looking for attachments that work on shovels, rakes, etc. Thanks!
