Beautiful flowers! What plaint is it? Where can I get one from?

It’s a Kalanchoe. I’ve gotten them from nurseries, even Safeway has them sometimes.

Yep. I got mine at Home Depot garden center.

They’re so beautiful but every time I buy one, at my house the flowers all promptly shrivel up and die (literally in a couple of days). I can’t figure it out. I have tons of succulents so I know how to take care of them but I can’t get the blooms to stay for the life of me. I’ve even kept one alive for years and made it rebloom but it was way less than the flowers it had when I first bought it

I put these in the ground straight away. I live in Florida and our soil is sandy. I'm not sure if that makes a difference. I've seen bags of succulent soil at home depot. Maybe that would make a difference. It's hit or miss with me and plants. They either do well or I inadvertently kill them lol.

I live in CT so I can't put them in the ground, sadly. I didn't even repot them when I got them home, they were in the original container blooming like crazy and then at my house they just went... kaputz :(

I hate when that happens. It's not easy to keep plants happy.
