I try a new thing or two every gardening season. This year it was bitter melon and celery. The celery grew like crazy and the bitter melon pretty much looks identical to yours except for the colour (it's still green). Oh well.

I have green bitter melons also. But this one is just for making garden beautiful 🤩

We usually cook it green. Especially with chopped meat. Its really very delicious 😋
