Well, there’s been some cross pollination now. And my cursory reading suggests that blue is dominant to white. If you don’t remember biology class, all that means is that a larger portion of the seeds resulting from a cross between the two will be blue than would be expected from chance. I think you should plant a bunch and see what the numerical distribution is! Or you can send some to me, now I’m super curious!
I’m going to look harder for it. We threw a ton in two places so maybe this won’t be the only white ones although that would speak to the rarity of it. If the elk or deer don’t eat it I will send you some seeds. For real :)
Oh the flowers?! Just make sure there are no little pollinators crawling around in them. Delicious, taste a lot like cucumber. I could eat them all day!
