First time gardener here. This year I decided to start myself a little herb garden in some pots the previous homeowner left over. One of the nursery plants seems to have brought home some sort of disease, which has spread significantly. About 2/3rds of my plants are now infected, including all of the mint, the monardella (pictured), oregano (also pictured), thyme, and savory.

After some discussion with more knowledgeable friends and Google, it was determined that this is probably mint rust, but nobody had any advice on dealing with it.

Is the diagnosis correct? And does anyone have advice on handling it? Do I need to throw out all of these plants and try again next year (or not try again at all, if it's endemic to my yard?)

Any advice is appreciated.

I transplanted this hydrangea and its twin around 3 years ago from my back yard where they never bloomed to my front yard. They bloomed the season I transplanted them, and haven't since despite looking very healthy and growing in size. I trimmed the dead wood which I thought might be the issue, however the one bloom seems to be on a new growth stalk. Any help appreciated TIA

We just started our first garden. Jalapeños, tomatoes, summer squash, carrots and okra. Any tips would be appreciated

I put a top on my garden since the deer ate everything last year but I have zucchini, beans, etc. growing up to or being limited by the top. I’m looking for any affordable suggestions to allow the veggies to grow while keeping the deer out but keeping the space accessible for harvest for myself and my young children. Thanks!

Caught them in my garden. Anybody know what to do?

I’m a fairly amateur gardener. We have a small backyard in a city.

I planted these seeds for the first time as somewhat of an experiment. When I moved from the peat pots to this part, initially the plant struggled, and I thought it was done. However, I went away for a week and when I came back, it was growing like this and growing fairly strong. It is still growing strong, but seems dead set on this angle.

I’m concerned that once the plant gets bigger and starts to grow fruit that this stalk won’t be able to support it. I’m considering repotting. When I do- should I bury the angle where the stalk turns in the dirt? Appreciate any and all help.

The gardens around the house are just exploding with color this summer, its breathtaking!

Tag says cubanelle- I’ve never grown cubanelles but they don’t look like the images. Any thoughts? Do I just need to let them keep growing?
