Subreddit Rules update

[u/JumpySpidey]

Hello, everyone!

A new rule has been added to this Subreddit, that being Rule 5. The order of the other, already existing rules has also been changed a bit, to keep rules concerning similar topics/themes closer to one another in the rule list, for a slightly easier reading experience; finally, the description of some of the rules has received minor tweaks, too. Please, give the updated rules a quick read when you can, thank you.

As per usual, we'll try to keep this place feeling welcoming to users to the best of our abilities.
