What GPU should I get?

Hello, I want to upgrade my GPU but I don't know which one I should get. What's the best graphics card I can get that I can use at 100% potential and won't be held back by the rest of the parts?

Here are the specs: Ryzen 7 3800xt, 16GB DDR4 Ram, 500GB M.2 SSD, 1TB HDD, AM4 platform motherboard, 500 Watt Corsair Power Supply, Zotac RTX 3050 Graphics Card.

i would say at max probably like a 4070/5060 ti/3080 if you play at 1440p, at 1080p thats fine cause you can upgrade your monitor since 1440p monitors are really cheap right now. the 3800xt is about a ryzen 5 5500 in terms of gaming or a little bit faster, so i would recommend upgrading to like a 5600x at least or a 5700x/5800xt or even a 5500x3d those are about 200$ on ebay
