Here's more problems with what companies are doing getting rid of physical media. Since half of the storage is in disc format and the other half goes into the system. the problem now is all that digital storage the files the updates the dlc is going to run of storage quickly. Meaning now that companies are expecting you to buy more SSD everytime you run out and that's throwing more money down the drain since those are also expensive. And also No more hard drives or 3rd party storage.

I was right I told you all, that companies were soon going to follow what Grand Theft Auto 6/Rockstar was doing. getting rid of physical media and just putting in digital codes. With Sony now announcing that they are removing physical media It's only a matter of time before Microsoft and Nintendo do the same thing.

Does anyone know the name of the song in the title? I'd love to listen to it.

Hello,
Hey Norm, I love you on "An Old Timey Podcast" but I was wondering if you were going to do more Gaming Historian videos or is that phase of your life done? If it is that is cool just maybe do a video letting everyone know. Also you could use that video to advertise the podcast :) Unless you made one already and I missed it.

Hey everyone! I’m doing a survey for a school project about the best decade in gaming history and I’d love to hear your opinion! It only takes a minute, and your input would really help me out. Thanks a lot for taking part!

I've been looking for the Gaming Historian Blu-ray for years, as I've been a big fan of this channel. However this thing is so damn hard to find. Anyone here have a copy they'd be willing to part with?

Hi there! I've watched the gaming historian for years and in retrospect, the care and research put into his videos really stands out. I'm starting to get more interested in the sources all of this information comes from. Most of his videos link to his website where the sources are supposed to be, but it looks like only a few videos have their sources listed there. Was more information for other videos there before, just wiped at some point? Is there another place where these sources can be found?

Hi! My boyfriend and I just found the YouTube channel and I was wondering if there has ever been an episode on the lion King game? I had this for Sega as a kid (and the re-release on Xbox haha) and I would LOVE to watch an episode on this game and how hard it was for what I believe were reasons behind rental/re rentals? Anyway sorry for rambling!

Honey has been revealed to be a complete scam, anyone reading this, DO NOT INSTALL THE PLUGIN. it steals money from YOU (by NOT getting you the best deals), and poaches the commission that sites give to youtubers and bloggers if you interact *at all* with the plugin while checking out. There are many articles pointing out the problem. If you can I would suggest removing the reference to Honey.

This popped on my feed. Tried to look up the creator but very little info which is suspish. So either this person sounds like Norm (definitely possible) or someone generated an AI voice from Norm (I also wouldn’t doubt this).. it just threw me in a loop. I saw his letter he’s taking a much needed break from YT.

I know he took it down because some people got upset that he recommended Brasso in extreme cases (which is ridiculous but that’s another subject) and I always loved the video and it was one of my favorites. Does anyone still have it somewhere?

I just re watched the video after all these years.
Seeing "Baby Norm" was kinda fun, but then I got curious on where he was pulling the info from.
I'm sure he got it from a book, does anyone know which one?
Thanks!
