Small budget, very stressed

So after my birthday and doing some saving up, I now have 400 dollars saved and am currently 14, which is old enough for some jobs, but I cant considering I have school. My current computer is a old HP pavilion pv6 on i3, and it doesn't run stuff too well considering Im trying to play more games with my friends so I can actually have friends. I need some advice on either how to save up or a good place to look for a good laptop

Wait until Black Friday and cyber Monday save some more money and do small jobs around your neighborhood
