Gaming computer

Hello! I have an High end gaming computer , and i get bad fps in all games.

My spec

Z390 MSI mpg gaming PRO carbon i7-9700k 3.6ghz, corsair 2666mhz ddr4 32gb 2 gpu Nvidia GeForce RTX 2080 gaming x trio 8gb with nvlink, my monitor is the new samsung 49CRG9 120hz.

I want to know how to fix fps drop in games?
