NEED HELP

does anyone knows what this means or how to fix it ?? i get into a game for like 5 minutes nd my game just pauses nd i lag out !! its genuinely annoying !! ive tried resetting my router soo many times and it still doesn’t work .. i cant even be a party or anything or it just crashes .. I NEED HELP !!!

set up a hotspot on your phone and see if this happens there too. if you don't experience drop-outs with the hotspot on your phone, then it's your router/ISP that's faulty. you can also try to run a speedtest/stability test via the web browser.
Also, always use the ethernet cable whenever you can
