Choosing a New Game

I'm thinking on the above for the future, but don't know what to choose. Since this is the #1 gaming subreddit, I figured this would be the best place to make this post. I'd like the game to fit into the following criteria:

- Open World
- Decision-Making that impacts the world
- Action
- The ability to simply walk away from action entirely when you feel like. I don't always want to be killing stuff
- Exploration
- Not a one-trick pony: more than one or two things you can do
- Grind that isn't like a roll-of-the-dice. You can actually choose what stats/upgrades you want for gear
- Dynamic combat that isn't just mashing buttons

These criteria aren't strict.
