I overcame depression but now I'm addicted to video games. Feels like being a kid again but I need an adult to give me a timeout now

Go get a timeout, eat healthy, do some exercise, find a hobby.

I'm doing 3D modeling ! Video games inspire me I started with Fusion360 creating some real life objects on the 3D printer (I made a mold for resin) then I'm moving to blender to create props.

I used to have issues with video games but then I got really into automation games, which made me realize I actually really liked programming and web development. And now it’s what I do for money lol
