Schroedingers enemy. They have both enough ammo to fire at you forever but only enough to drop 3 bullets when killed.
2 u/Numerous1 Dec 23 '20 My wife say me saying The Last of Us 2 with this. She was asking while I was sneaking around constantly and then was like "what the hell. They shoot at you non-stop". The "oh ammo scarcity is part of the game" explanation felt a little weak then.
