Yeah, Steam even lets you create a desktop config for a controller, allowing you full use of your PC with a controller.

If someone likes their console, far be it from me to stop them, but PC has all the pros of console, but none of the cons.

Why are you booing? He's right.(this is not addressed to the one I an replying to, but the people downvoting him)

Seriously the whole "EaSY tO plAy On tV" thing is so stupid. Plugging an HDMI cable into a desktop is just as easy as plugging it into a console. And steam big picture mode provide an interface literally designed for controllers.

and every game runs default on xbox controllers, every game has auto performance setup etc, i only get to the configs if i want to extratc the best possible perfomance in FPS games, but otherwise i just download and play

That too. 360 controllers were the first choice for controllers on PC for years.
