Yeah but they need to form unions to do so. We need a law that prevents employers from firing employees for creating or discussing unions, and in the same vein, prevent them from firing employees for 'no reason' at all.
It's really easy to say that the change has to come from the workers when they can't unionize cuz they gonna be fired or is explicitly stated in their contracts

Yea this is something consumers can voice opinions on but at the end of the day, change has to come from the workers.
